ABOUT
ABOUT
Integrated Family Therapy incorporates the philosophy that human beings have many parts that work together for completeness and wholehearted living. The same is true in our families. All the individual parts of our family make up a complete system that functions as a whole unit.

Carly believes healing is relational and that it is a privilege helping individuals, couples, and families create interactions and relationships that are healing. It is not easy work, but the work that happens in therapy can be life changing.
Carly helps clients deepen and transform the way they think, feel about, and experience themselves and their relationships. Her own life experiences have shaped her therapeutic view
to be empathetic and understanding to to the tragedies and heartaches of life while empowering
clients in using their own strengths and resources on the path of healing.

Therapy. She also utilizes other interventions and treatment from John Gottman, CBT therapy, DBT therapy, and Lifespan Integration.
At Integrated Family Therapy we use the Celtic symbol, serch bythol, to represent the relationships between each other and the self. The serch bythol is meant to symbolize the integrated relationship between two people joined in the body, mind, and spirit in a never-ending cycle of everlasting love. The symbol helps us remember why we do the work we do. Our goal is to help you create and maintain healthy relationships that are worth investing in.
Thanks for joining us at Integrated Family Therapy.
